《GB/T 31727-2015透明薄膜磨花程度试验方法》由TC48(全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了塑料透明薄膜磨花程度的试验方法。
本标准适用于双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)、双向拉伸聚酰胺(BOPA)、流延聚丙烯(CPP)、双向拉伸聚酯(BOPET)、聚乙烯(PE)、涂布膜、消光膜等各种塑料透明薄膜磨花程度和耐磨花性的测定。
本标准规定的观察法(方法 A)适用于无参照样的情况,光泽度差比值法(方法 B)和雾度差值法(方法 C)适用于有参照样的情况。
注:涂布膜和消光膜不推荐使用方法 C。
