《GB/T 3249-2009金属及其化合物粉末费氏粒度的测定方法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC4(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会粉末冶金分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本方法是利用空气透过性原理来测定金属及其化合物粉末的外表面积以及与其相关的平均等效
球粒径(范围0.5μm~50μm)。粉末可在“供应态”下测试,或经试验室按照ASTM B859的规定对粉末进行分散或研磨处理后测试。所测得的数值不一定完全反映粉末的实际状况,但作为粉末质量控制是十分有用的。
本标准并未提出相关的安全问题,使用者在使用之前应制定适当的安全和健康操作规范,并确定其适应范围。


Scope

This method is to use the principle of air permeability to measure the outer surface area of metal and its compound powder and its related average equivalent spherical particle size (range 0.5μm~50μm). Powders may be tested "as supplied" or after the laboratory has dispersed or ground the powder in accordance with ASTM B 859. The measured value does not necessarily fully reflect the actual state of the powder, but it is very useful as a quality control of the powder. This standard does not raise relevant safety issues. Users should formulate appropriate safety and health practices and determine their scope of adaptation before use.
