Introduction

GB/T 32680-2016 Standard Overview

This standard specifies in detail the method for testing the mechanical washing resistance of daily-use ceramics, and is applicable to all types of daily-use ceramic products. The core of the test is to evaluate the durability of ceramics in a specific alkaline environment.

Test principle and steps

The test is based on immersing the sample in a high-temperature alkaline solution for 16 hours, and then visually evaluating the color and gloss changes. The specific steps include sample preparation, immersion, cleaning and result analysis.

Test dimensions Standard requirements Practical operation suggestions
Solution concentration 2.0% (mass fraction) Precisely prepare to ensure accurate proportions.
Temperature Control (75 ± 1)°C Use high-precision temperature control equipment.
Immersion Time 16 hours ± 10 minutes Strictly control time to ensure data consistency.

Instruments and Practical Applications

The instruments used in the test process include: stainless steel container, hot water tank and thermometer. For example, the thermometer needs to have a high accuracy of 0.2°C minimum scale to ensure the accuracy of the test environment.

Result Analysis and Implementation Suggestions

According to the data in Table 1 and Table 2 recorded by the observer, calculate the average value and evaluate the sample performance. It is recommended to conduct a pre-test before large-scale production to ensure process stability and product quality.
