1. Background of standard formulation and analysis of technological evolution

As an important component of architectural decoration, the quality of the internal structure of wooden doors is directly related to the service life and safety of the product. With the improvement of product quality requirements in the construction industry, non-destructive testing technology has gradually become a key means of evaluating the quality of wooden doors. X-ray testing method is widely used in the analysis of the internal structural characteristics of wooden doors due to its non-destructive and high-precision characteristics.

3. Implementation suggestions

  • Select a digital image processing unit with high grayscale (≥65536 levels) and spatial resolution (≥3.0LP/mm).

3.2 Training of test personnel

Perform qualification certification in accordance with GB/T9445 standard to ensure that the test personnel have the necessary professional knowledge and skills. It is recommended to conduct vision examination every year to ensure that the vision requirements specified in GB11533 are met.

3.3 Standard test block management

  • Standard test blocks should be calibrated regularly to ensure that their structural characteristics are consistent with the common materials and structures of wooden doors.
  • It is recommended to establish a standard test block management system, including storage, usage records and regular maintenance.
