3. Implementation suggestions
3.1 Selection of test equipment
- It is recommended to use a high-frequency constant-current directional X-ray generator to ensure that the tube voltage and current meet the standard requirements (50kV~80kV, 2mA~5mA).
- Select a digital image processing unit with high grayscale (≥65536 levels) and spatial resolution (≥3.0LP/mm).
3.2 Training of test personnel
Perform qualification certification in accordance with GB/T9445 standard to ensure that the test personnel have the necessary professional knowledge and skills. It is recommended to conduct vision examination every year to ensure that the vision requirements specified in GB11533 are met.
3.3 Standard test block management
- Standard test blocks should be calibrated regularly to ensure that their structural characteristics are consistent with the common materials and structures of wooden doors.
- It is recommended to establish a standard test block management system, including storage, usage records and regular maintenance.
