Overview of the Standard

This standard specifies the grades, technical requirements and test methods of nano silicon nitride, and is applicable to nano silicon nitride produced by gas phase synthesis.

Chemical Composition Requirements

Nano silicon nitride The main content (mass fraction) should be ≥97.0%, oxygen content ≤1.0%, and chloride ion ≤0.05%. The total amount of other impurities shall not exceed 1.5%.
