Technical specifications for key equipment
Bypass flexible cable
It adopts a multi-strand soft copper wire conductor structure, with a cross-sectional area of ≥35mm², an insulation layer made of EPDM and other materials (thickness ≥5mm), a shielding layer of galvanized copper wire (≥10mm²), and an outer sheath of weather-resistant rubber (≥2mm). The mechanical performance requires a bending radius of ≤8 times the outer diameter, and the performance is maintained after 1000 bending tests.
Bypass load switch
It must have a phase-checking function, and SF6 insulation is recommended. The mechanical life is ≥3000 times and the breaking time is <20ms. The 10kV level must meet 45kV power frequency withstand voltage, 200A rated current, and 40kA short-circuit closing capacity.
Typical operation process
- Load transfer phase: Lay bypass cable → Install load switch → Live connection → Phase confirmation
- Maintenance implementation phase: Disconnect original line → Monitor shunt → Equipment maintenance
- Restoration phase: Restore connection → Secondary phase verification → Remove bypass system
Key points of safety control
- Weather restrictions: Live work is prohibited when wind speed is >10m/s (level 5) or humidity is >80%
- Personnel qualifications: The person in charge of the work must have more than 3 years of experience in power distribution maintenance and hold a certificate
- Equipment inspection: 500MΩ insulation resistance test must be carried out before use
- Prevent misoperation: Strictly implement the work ticket and supervision system
