《GB/T 3483-1983电子设备雷击试验导则》由339-2（工业和信息化部（通信））归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（通信）。
本导则主要说明雷击电子设备的机理、雷电冲击波的特性和雷击试验原理等，使从事电子设备标准编制、产品设计制造及检验人员能根据GB 3482-83《电子设备雷击试验方法》制定和选用相应的标准。本文件给出合理地解决有关试验问题的原则，以保证试验结果具有较好的模拟性和再现性。

Scope

This guideline is applicable to lightning strike simulation tests of electronic equipment containing solidified components connected to external lines. It is not applicable to the inspection of equipment directly struck by lightning and electromagnetic interference caused by lightning.
