《GB/T 3683-1992钢丝增强液压橡胶软管和软管组合件》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC35SC1（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会软管分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了内径为5~51mm钢丝增强液压橡胶软管的和项技术要求和试验方法。
本标准适用于使用普通液压液体（如矿物油、可溶性油、油水乳浊液。乙二醇水溶液及水等）、工作温度范围为-40`C到100`C钢丝增强液压橡胶软管。
本标准不适用于甍麻油基和酯基液体。
本标准不包括对端部管接头的要求，仅规定了软管和软管组合的性能。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses with an inner diameter of 5 to 51 mm. This standard applies to steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses that use common hydraulic fluids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, oil-water emulsion, ethylene glycol aqueous solution, and water) and whose working temperature ranges from -40°C to 100°C. This standard does not apply to castor oil-based and ester-based liquids. This standard does not include requirements for end fittings, but only specifies the properties of hose and hose assemblies.
