Key technology evolution
L3 profile through hole adopts web root retention design, which is 23% stronger than the traditional angle steel node strength. The standard clarifies for the first time the matching relationship between the R1 radius and H1 height of the bulb flat steel patch welding to solve the stress concentration problem in marine corrosion environment.
Implementation suggestions
- Double-sided groove welding is preferred for through-hole patch welding, and the weld leg size should be ≥ t/2+1.5mm (t is the thickness of the thinner plate)
- The selection of pillar pads should match the thickness according to the diameter. φ300-350mm pillars should use 14mm pads
- The welding of cantilever beam V-shaped plates must ensure that the center alignment deviation is ≤3mm
