《GB/T 3863-2008工业氧》由TC206(全国气体标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了工业氧的技术要求、试验方法以及包装、标志、储存与运输。给出了氧气安全警示。本标准适用于由深冷法分离空气和电解水等方法制取的气态或液态氧,主要用于冶金、化工、环境保护、火焰加工等。 本标准与GB/T3863―1995相比,主要变化如下:
―――将标准名称由“工业用氧”修改为“工业氧”;
―――修改了适用范围(本标准的第1章;GB/T3863―1995的第1章);
―――修改了规范性引用文件(本标准的第2章;GB/T3863―1995的第2章);

1 Scope
This Standard specifies technical requirements, testing methods, packing, mark, storage and transportation of industrial oxygen, as well as the safety cautions of oxygen.
This Standard is applicable to gaseous or liquid oxygen (separated from air by deep freezing method or made by electrolyze water) mainly used for metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection and flame machining.
