Key Technical Requirements
1. Material Specifications
Glued wood must meet the following requirements: Fire resistance ≥ B1, Formaldehyde emission up to F☆☆☆, visible surface strip length > 250mm. Water-based paint must pass the 168h yellowing resistance test (ΔE≤3.0).
2. Connection structure
- Beam-column connection points ≥2, screw diameter ≥4.5mm
- Cross-layer connection hole diameter ≥15mm, spacing ≥3 times the hole diameter
- Panel fixing component spacing ≤250mm
Implementation points
Solutions to typical engineering problems
Case:In a project, the displacement of the connection part of the 180mm column exceeded the standard in the 3.5kPa wind pressure test. Upon review, it was found that:
1) The double-layer installation holes were not set according to the standard requirements
2) The thickness of the connector was insufficient, resulting in a decrease in stiffness
Corrective measures: Use stainless steel connectors with a thickness of ≥6mm and increase the number of M10 bolts to 3.
