Key points for technical implementation

The standard innovatively requires that sampling equipment use polytetrafluoroethylene-lined glass containers, and that samples containing particulate matter be subjected to standardized treatment by centrifugation at 6000 r/min for 10 minutes. pH adjustment particularly emphasizes the use of 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid/sodium hydroxide solution to ensure that the volume change rate is less than 5%.

Luminescent bacteria detection

It is necessary to add 3g/100mL sodium chloride to maintain osmotic pressure, and 5μm glass fiber membrane is used for filtration, which is different from the aquatic biological test method.

Solid phase extraction process

Dual column coupling technology (HLB column + coconut shell activated carbon column) achieves 1000 times concentration, flow rate control 3-5mL/min, and supporting nitrogen blower concentration requirements.
