Introduction

Interpretation of the core content of the standard

This standard systematically specifies the technical requirements for three types of parking service mobile robots for the first time: comb type, car-carrying plate type and grip-lifting tire type. In terms of technological evolution, this standard integrates the dual technical systems of GB/T20721 automatic guided vehicle standard and GB/T26559 mechanical parking equipment standard.

Key points for implementing safety requirements

Dual-mode protection system: Article 6.1 of the standard innovatively proposes the parallel requirements of contact and non-contact protection. Taking a smart garage project in Shenzhen as an example, its gripping and lifting tire robot adopts a dual protection design of laser radar (detection distance 3m) + rubber buffer (buffer stroke 100mm), which perfectly meets the standard requirements.

Anti-overlap detection: For the parking space status detection required by Article 6.2 of the standard, it is recommended to use a combination of 3D laser scanning (accuracy ±5mm) and weight sensor (sensitivity ±2kg) in actual implementation to effectively avoid misjudgment.


Key points of test and certification

1. Navigation accuracy test: Special attention should be paid to the ground flatness requirement (≤3mm/m). It is recommended to lay epoxy floor on the concrete base surface.

2. Load test: The 6:4 front and rear axle load ratio required by Article 8.1.1 of the standard should be monitored in real time by a dynamic weighing system.

3. Environmental adaptability: The antifreeze measures of the hydraulic system need to be verified during the -10℃ low temperature test, and the battery temperature needs to be monitored during the 45℃ high temperature test.

1. New project: It is recommended to give priority to comb-tooth robot (space utilization increased by 40%).

2. Renovation project: Car-carrying plate robots are more compatible with traditional garages

3. Operation and maintenance guarantee: Establish an annual type inspection system based on Article 9.2 of the standard, focusing on monitoring the attenuation of the navigation system
