《GB/T 39519-2020高应力液压件圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧 技术条件》由TC235(全国弹簧标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
GB/T39519-2020 standard has established a complete technical specification system for the special working conditions of cylindrical helical compression springs for high-stress hydraulic components. This standard is applicable to springs with a material diameter of ≤10mm, whose maximum working stress exceeds 80% of the material test shear stress, and is a typical high-stress application scenario.
Comparison of key technical requirements
| Technical indicators | Static load requirements | Dynamic load requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Test shear stress | 0.45-0.50Rm | 0.55Rm(Shot peening required) |
| Fatigue life | Not assessed | ≥1 million times |
| Total clearance calculation | a=0.0015D2+0.1d | 1.5 times the static load formula value |
Material selection specifications
The standard clearly stipulates four types of applicable material systems: cold drawn carbon spring steel wire (GB/T4357), important purpose carbon steel wire (YB/T5311), quenched and tempered spring steel wire (GB/T18983) and stainless spring steel wire (GB/T24588). Among them, alloy steel materials such as TDSiCrV are preferred for dynamic load conditions, and their test shear stress can reach 0.55Rm.
Typical application case analysis
In the application of proportional reversing valves, Class B springs must meet the following requirements:
- End face grinding ≥ 3/4 circumference
- Verticality ≤ 0.025H0 (H0 is the free height)
- 1 million times fatigue life verification
In actual production, the performance must be guaranteed through a combination of shot peening (coverage ≥ 98%) and low temperature annealing processes.
Key points of the test method
- Verticality test: Use a 2-level plate + a wide-seat square to rotate the spring to measure the maximum gap
- Fatigue test: Perform in accordance with GB/T16947, recommended test frequency ≤25Hz
- Cleanliness control: Use the weight method to test in accordance with JB/T7858, residue ≤0.1mg/cm2
Implementation suggestions
For hydraulic system manufacturers:
- FDSiCr material springs are preferred to cope with high-frequency dynamic load conditions
- The minimum test length n=b+a should be clearly marked in the drawing
- For key valve springs, a relaxation rate test should be added (recommended ≤3%)
