Pumping unit selection case

Take a directional well with a daily water production of 15m³ as an example:

  • Select a pump diameter of φ38mm according to Table 1
  • The rod string stress calculation must meet the safety factor requirements of formula (1)
  • Matching type 10 pumping unit (suspension point load ≤100kN)

Intelligent monitoring system

The standard requires the collection of 9 types of real-time data:

  1. Bottomhole flow pressure (accuracy ±0.1MPa)
  2. Dynamic liquid level (measurement error ≤5%)
  3. Screw pump torque (overload alarm threshold 150%)

Implementation suggestions

Coal powder control measures

When powder spitting occurs:

  • Immediately reduce the drainage intensity to 50% of the original value
  • Adjust the pump to 2m above the top boundary of the coal seam
  • Install spiral centralizers (spacing ≤25m)
