《GB/T 4074.3-2008绕组线试验方法 第3部分：机械性能》由TC213（全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会）归口，TC213SC1（全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会绕组线分会）执行，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
GB/T 4074-2008《绕组线试验方法》分为八个部分，本部分GB/T 4074的第3部分。
本部分自实施之日起代替GB/T 4074.3-1999。
本标准规定了绕组线的各类机械性能试验方法。本部分与GB/T 4074.3-1999相比，主要变化如下：
――对5.5.4薄膜绕包圆线和扁线的附着性试验限定仅适用于粘结性薄膜绕包线产品；
――在试验方法18中取消了GB/T 4074.3-1999中关于溶剂粘合的要求和相应的说明及注1的规定；
――修改了图10“螺旋线圈粘结力试验设备”；
――将提示性附录A和提示性附录B改为资料性附录A和资料性附录B。
Scope
This part of GB/T 4074 specifies the following test methods: - Test method 6: Elongation; - Test method 7: Resilience; - Test method 8: Flexibility and adhesion; - Test method 11: Scratch resistance; Test Method 18: Thermal Bonding.
