《GB/T 41483-2022基于介电常数技术的液态危险化学品安全检查仪通用技术要求》由TC100(全国安全防范报警系统标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为公安部。
Introduction
Analysis of the standard technical framework
This standard applies to special equipment that identifies liquid hazardous chemicals through dielectric constant detection technology. The technology has evolved from single dielectric detection to the integration of multi-parameter analysis such as thermal conductivity and density.
Core Performance Indicators Comparison
| Grade | Detection Material | Number of Detectable Chemicals | Analysis Time (Metal Container) | False Negative Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Grade I | Non-metal | 20 kinds | - | ≤5% |
| Grade II | Non-metal + Metal | 30 kinds | ≤8s | ≤5% |
| Grade III | Non-metal + metal | 40 kinds | ≤8s | ≤5% |
Key technical requirements
1. Dielectric constant detection principle
Dangerous goods identification is achieved by measuring the relative dielectric constant (εr) of liquid substances. The standard clearly requires that Class I equipment must complete non-metallic container detection within 2 seconds.
2. Multimodal detection technology
High-level equipment needs to integrate thermal conductivity (λ) and density (ρ) detection modules to improve the penetration ability of metal containers. For example, Class III equipment needs to detect 0.2mm thick tinplate containers.
Implementation and application suggestions
1. Environmental adaptability configuration
According to the requirements of Article 5.8 of the standard, the equipment needs to work stably in an environment of 0-40℃. In northern regions, special attention should be paid to the attenuation of metal container detection performance under low temperature conditions.
2. Electromagnetic compatibility design
According to the requirements of the GB/T17626 series of standards, the electromagnetic radiation within a radius of 10cm of the equipment needs to be controlled within the GB8702-2014 limit. It is recommended to adopt a multi-layer shielding structure design.
Innovative value of the standard
- Established a three-level classification system for liquid hazardous materials detection equipment for the first time
- Standardized a sample library of 40 typical chemicals (Appendix A)
- Introduced the intelligent recognition requirement of category determination accuracy ≥ 85%
