Scope
This standard specifies the nominal outer diameter of thermoplastic pipes for pressurized and non-pressurized fluid transportation, and specifies the nominal pressure, minimum required strength and overall service (design) factor of pressurized thermoplastic pipes. This standard is applicable to thermoplastic pipes with circular cross-section and smooth inner and outer walls manufactured by various processing methods and materials.
