《GB/T 4288-2003家用电动洗衣机》由TC46（全国家用电器标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了家用电动洗衣机的术语和定义、产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存，适用于额定洗涤容量在13kg及13kg以下的洗衣机（包括脱水机）。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of household electric washing machines (hereinafter referred to as "washing machines"). This standard applies to washing machines (including dehydrators) with a rated washing capacity of 13kg or less.
