1. Material classification system
Innovatively establish a four-dimensional coding system: Reinforcement material (GP/CP/HP/MP) + resin type (E/P/X) + cross-sectional shape (R/O/T/Z) + release cloth (Y/U). For example, GP62E-R120×5-Y means: glass fiber/62GPa/epoxy resin/rectangular cross-section (120×5mm)/with release cloth.
2. Mechanical properties
Typical case: CP160 carbon fiber plate must meet the following requirements: - Longitudinal tensile strength ≥1700MPa (characteristic value)
- 2 million times tension-tension fatigue limit ≥1200MPa

Implementation and application suggestions
1. Raw material control
Glass fiber modulus≥82GPa, carbon fiber≥230GPa, epoxy resin must comply with GB/T13657. Release cloth PA66 melting temperature≥250℃.
2. Key points of process verification
- Width tolerance ±0.5mm, thickness tolerance ±0.15mm
- The edge of the demoulding cloth is ≤8mm from the edge of the board
- The number of yarn joints within 10m is ≤3 and the spacing is ≥1m
3. Quality traceability requirements
Each roll of product must be marked with: Fiber/resin brand model + mechanical performance parameters + production batch + shelf life. It is recommended to establish a digital traceability system.
