《GB/T 4510-2006石油沥青脆点测定法#弗拉斯法》由TC280（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会）归口，TC280SC4（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油沥青分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准适用于测定石油沥青被冷却和弯曲而脆裂的温度。 本标准适用于道路石油沥青和建筑石油沥青。 本标准没有规定有关安全方面的问题，如果需要，使用者有责任在使用前制定出适当的人身安全防护措施。

Scope

This standard is applicable to the determination of the temperature at which petroleum asphalt is brittle when it is cooled and bent. This standard applies to road petroleum asphalt and construction petroleum asphalt. This standard does not specify issues related to safety. If necessary, it is the user's responsibility to formulate appropriate personal safety protection measures before use.
