Key points of technological evolution and innovation

This standard is the first to include Pupae rate control is included in the specification (2.4%-2.8% for spring cocoons, 2.8%-3.2% for summer and autumn cocoons), and the inspection standardization is achieved through the equal grain and equal amount partition method. Compared with GB/T 9111-2008, a special operation process for 20-grain clean inspection is added to improve the accuracy of small sample inspection.


Implementing key control points

  1. Sample cocoon drying: Strictly implement the moisture content standard of GB/T 15268 to avoid over-drying affecting the relaxation rate
  2. Cocoon cooking uniformity: Ensure the moderate expansion of the cocoon layer through the combined process of high temperature penetration (<1min) + low temperature water absorption (10-15min)
  3. Silk reeling grain setting: Adopt the "add first and then pinch" operation method, and the error is controlled within the range of ±0.5 grains

Solutions to common problems

Case 1: Abnormal fluctuation of relaxation rate
An enterprise found that the relaxation rate was 5% lower than the standard value during inspection. After investigation, it was found that the temperature of the cocoon boiling barrel soup exceeded the range of (40±3)℃. After adjustment, the data was restored to the normal range by adding a temperature automatic control system.

Case 2: Cleanliness score deviation
There was a 1.5-point difference in the inter-laboratory comparison, which was traced back to the inconsistent winding tension of the blackboard. After the re-shaking machine was equipped with a breakage automatic stop device as standard, the score repeatability increased by 30%.
