《GB/T 454-2002纸耐破度的测定》由TC141（全国造纸工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了采用液压递增原理测定纸张耐破度的方法。本标准适用于测定耐破度为70kPa～1400kPa的单层纸或多层纸。本标准不适用于测定复合材料（如瓦楞板或衬垫纸板）。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the bursting strength of paper using the principle of hydraulic pressure increment. This standard applies to the determination of single-layer paper or multi-layer paper with a bursting strength of 70 kPa to 1400 kPa. This standard does not apply to the determination of composite materials (such as corrugated board or liner board).
