Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Feature type | Classification level | Number of code digits | Example |
|---|---|---|---|
| Long-distance pipeline | Major category (1 digit) + medium category (1 digit) + minor category (2 digits) + subcategory (2 digits) | 6 digits | Oil pipeline: 131101 |
| Urban pipeline | Major category (1 digit) + medium category (1 digit) + minor category (2 digits) + subcategory (2 digits) | 6 digits | Water pipeline: 232307 |
Technical Innovations
Three-dimensional Coding System: A 6-digit hierarchical coding structure is used, in which:
- The first digit distinguishes long-distance pipelines(1) from urban pipelines(2)
- The second digit classifies the medium type (e.g., transmission line 11/power pipeline 21)
- The third and fourth digits define the functional sub-category (e.g., inspection well 13/valve 30)
- The fifth and sixth digits identify the specific entity (e.g., elbow 303/tee 304)
Symbol Expression Specifications
| Element Form | Expression Requirements | Typical Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Point elements | 7 positioning point rules, symbol specifications include single/double/multi-size values | Valve symbol 1.6mm+1.0mm |
| Line elements | Distinguish 8 line types such as solid line/dashed line/dash-dot line | Non-excavation pipelines use 3-1-0.3mm dash-dot line |
| Surface elements | Closed surface symbol + text annotation combination | Pump station boundary line + "×× Pump Station" label |
Implementation suggestions
Data collection: It is recommended to use Pipeline detector is used in conjunction with the symbol system of this standard for surveying and mapping. Special attention should be paid to the following:
- The positioning of point elements must strictly follow the six positioning rules specified in 5.2.1
- Pipelines of the same type must use a unified color value (RGB/CMYK value specified in Appendix E)
- The annotation font is uniformly isolinear, with a height of 2mm
Standard Evolution Analysis
Compared with the GB/T 20257 series of standards, the innovation of this standard is:
- For the first time, a unified coding system for long-distance pipelines and urban pipelines is established
- New classifications of modern municipal facilities such as integrated pipe corridors (code 28)
- Introduction of intelligent device coding such as RTU measuring points (252325) and charging piles (211315)
