《GB/T 4615-2008聚氯乙烯树脂 残留氯乙烯单体含量的测定 气相色谱法》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC7（全国塑料标准化技术委员会聚氯乙烯树脂产品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ４６１５―１９８４《聚氯乙烯树脂中残留氯乙烯单体含量的测定方法》。本标准规定了两种采用顶空气相色谱法测定聚氯乙烯（PVC）中残留氯乙烯单体（RVCM）含量的方法，即方法A（液上顶空气相色谱法）和方法B（固上顶空气相色谱法）。本标准于１９８４年首次发布。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ４６１５―１９８４主要差异如下：
―――修改了标准中英文名称；
―――删除了样品瓶的示意图（１９８４年版图１）；
―――将液上法内容列为方法Ａ，附录Ａ 内容列为方法Ｂ；
―――增加了采用标准曲线的注（本版６．１．２ 注２，７．１．２ 注２）；
―――增加了使用已知浓度标准气的注（本版６．１．２ 注３，７．１．２ 注３）；
―――修改了标准样配制中注入标准气的体积（１９８４年版第９章，本版第６章、第７章）；
―――修改了固上法的最低检出量（１９８４年版附录Ａ 第３段，本版第１章）；
―――附录Ｂ修改为附录Ａ（１９８４年版附录Ｂ，本版附录Ａ）

1 Scope

This Standard specifies two methods for the determination of residual vinyl chlorine monomer (RVCM) in polyvinyl chlorine (PVC) with gas chromatographic method, i.e. Method A (liquid headspace gas chromatographic method) and Method B (solid headspace gas chromatographic method).
Method A of this Standard is applicable to the determination of residual vinyl chlorine monomer in homopolymer and copolymer resins of vinyl chloride and their products; Method B is applicable to the determination of residual vinyl chlorine monomer in copolymer resins of vinyl chloride.
Method B is the arbitration method for the homopolymer of vinyl chloride.
In this Standard, the minimum detection limit of Method A is 0.5 mg/kg, and the minimum detection limit of Method B is 0.1 mg/kg.
