《GB/T 464-2008纸和纸板的干热加速老化》由TC141(全国造纸工业标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了纸和纸板在105℃、120℃、150℃下的干热加速老化方法和热处理物料的一般试验方法。本标准中规定的105℃的加速老化条件适用于一般文化用纸及类似的纸张,120℃或150℃的加速老化条件适用于某些高纯度的纸,如电气用绝缘纸。  本标准修改采本标准代替GB/T464.1―1989《纸和纸板的干热加速老化方法(105±2℃,72h)》和GB/T464.2―1993《纸和纸板 干热加速老化的方法(120±2℃或150±2℃)》。
本标准与GB/T464.1―1989和GB/T464.2―1993相比,技术内容的变化主要包括:
―――删除了GB/T464.1―1989中的附录A;
―――比GB/T464.2―1993增加了105℃处理条件,并在适用范围中规定了适用该条件的纸张。用ISO5630-4:1986《纸和纸板 加速老化 第4部分:120℃或150℃干热处理》。


Scope

This standard specifies the dry heat accelerated aging method of paper and paperboard at 105°C, 120°C, and 105°C and the general test method for heat-treated materials. The accelerated aging condition of 105°C specified in this standard is applicable to general cultural paper and similar paper. The accelerated aging condition of 120°C or 105°C is applicable to some high-purity paper, such as electrical insulating paper.
