《GB/T 4797.6-1995电工电子产品自然环境条件 尘、沙、盐雾》由TC8（全国电工电子产品环境条件与环境试验标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准阐明了自然界中出现的尘、沙、盐雾环境的特性、分布与对产品的影响，及影响这些环境条件的因素。本标准适用于考虑产品在贮存、运输和使用期间暴露于尘、沙、盐雾环境下可能遭受的自然条件及其影响。这些环境因素的影响常和风有密切的联系，并随风力的增加而增大数倍。有关风的环境因素与条件，参见GB/T 4797.5“降水和风”。

1 Subject Content and Application Scope

This standard presents the characteristics and distribution of the dust, sand and salt mist appearing in nature, and their influence on the products as well as the factors influencing these environmental conditions.
This standard is applicable to the natural conditions to which products are liable to be exposed to dust, sand and salt mist during storage, transportation and use and their influence. The influence of these environmental factors is often closely associated with and at times enhanced by wind. The environmental factors and conditions related to wind are dealt with in "Environmental Conditions Appearing in Nature of Electric and Electronic Products-Precipitation and Wind" (GB/T 4797.5)
