《GB/T 4957-2003非磁性基体金属上非导电覆盖层 覆盖层厚度测量 涡流法》由TC57(全国金属与非金属覆盖层标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了使用涡流测厚仪无损测量非磁性基体金属上非导电覆盖层厚度的方法。本方法适用于测量大多数阳极氧化膜的厚度;但它不适用于一切的转化膜,有些转化膜因为太薄而不能用这种方法测量。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the non-destructive measurement of the thickness of non-conductive coatings on non-magnetic base metals using eddy current thickness gauges. This method is suitable for measuring the thickness of most anodized coatings; however, it is not suitable for all conversion coatings, some conversion coatings are too thin to be measured by this method (see Chapter 7). This method can theoretically measure the thickness of the coating layer on the magnetic base metal, but it is not recommended. In this case, the magnetic method specified in GB/T 4956 should be used for measurement.
