《GB/T 5009.80-2003食品容器内壁聚四氟乙烯涂料卫生标准的分析方法》由361(国家卫生健康委员会)归口,主管部门为国家卫生健康委员会。
本标准规定了食品容器内壁聚四氟乙烯涂料卫生标准的分析方法。本标准适用于以聚四氟乙烯为主要原料,配以一定助剂组成的聚四氟乙烯涂料,涂覆于铝材、铁板等金属表面,经高温烧结,作为接触非酸性食品容器的防粘涂料。使用温度限制在250℃以下。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for the analysis of hygienic standard of polytetrafluoroethylene coating for inner wall of food containers.
This standard is applicable to the polytetrafluoroethylene coatings which are composed mainly of polytetrafluoroethylene and certain accessory ingredients, coated on metal surfaces such as those of aluminum product and iron plate, subjected to high sintering and serve as the non-sticking coatings that contact with non-acid food containers. The service temperature is limited at below 250℃.
