《GB/T 5013.2-2008额定电压450/750V及以下橡皮绝缘电缆 第2部分:试验方法》由TC213(全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本部分给出了GB/T 5013的所有部分规定的而没有包括在GB/T2951中的试验方法。本部分为GB/T5013的第2部分。本部分等同采用IEC60245-2:1998《额定电压450/750V 及以下橡皮绝缘电缆 第2部分:试验方法》(英文版)。 本部分从实施之日起代替GB5013.2―1997。
本部分与GB5013.2―1997相比主要变化如下:
―――3.1“曲挠试验”内容重新编排,并对重锤重量、滑轮直径和施加电流等参数做了修改补充;
―――增加了3.5“三轮曲挠试验”和3.6“扭绞试验”;
―――第4章中分别用“IE4”、“空气”和“8.2”替代原文的“IE1”、“氧”和“8.3”。


1 General

1.1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 5013 gives the test methods specified in all parts of GB/T 5013 as far as not laid down in GB/T 2951.
1.2 Normative references
The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this Part of GB/T 5013. At the time of publication, the editions indicated were valid. All normative documents are subject to revision and parties to agreements based on this Part are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the normative documents listed below.

1.3 Classification of tests according to the frequency with which they are carried out
The tests specified are type tests (symbol T) and/or sample tests (symbol S) as defined in 2.2 of GB/T 5013.1-2008.
The symbols T and S are used in the relevant tables of the particular specifications (GB/T 5013.3, GB/T 5013.4, etc.).
1.4 Sampling
If a marking is in relief in insulation or sheath the samples used for the tests shall be taken so as to include such marking.
For multicore cables, except for the test specified in 1.9, not more than three cores (of different colours, if applicable) shall be tested unless otherwise specified.
1.5 Pre-conditioning
All the tests shall be carried out not less than 16 h after the vulcanization of the insulating or sheathing compounds.
