本规范适用于住宅建筑、办公楼和《建筑设计防火规范分GBJ 16规定的丁、戊类工业建筑的非承重墙体的设计、施工、验收和维护管理。
按本规范设计时，荷载应按现行《GB/T 50361-2005建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009的规定执行。
Scope
This code is applicable to the design, construction, acceptance and maintenance management of non-load-bearing walls of residential buildings, office buildings and industrial buildings of categories D and E specified in GBJ 16 of the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings". When designing according to this specification, the load shall be carried out according to the provisions of the current national standard "Code for Loading of Building Structures" GB 50009.
