本部分适用于GB/T5080.1—2012中8.1和8.2所述的不修理产品或修理产品可靠性试验工作与环境条件试验周期的设计。
推荐的试验条件见GB/T7288—1987《设备可靠性试验 推荐的试验条件》。当“推荐的试验条件”不适用时,本部分给出了试验周期设计的一般程序,它为需要精确模拟实际使用条件的特定产品可靠性试验的试验周期设计规定了详细的步骤和方法。
按本部分设计的试验,一般不能代替通常的功能特性试验、环境试验和鉴定试验。
某些情况下,在应用以本部分所述方法设计的试验周期进行试验之前有必要进行预先暴露试验,而判定是否要进行预先暴露试验的根据并不在本部分描述。

Scope

This part applies to the design of the reliability test work and environmental condition test cycle of non-repaired products or repaired products described in 8.1 and 8.2 of GB/T 5080.1-2012. For recommended test conditions, see GB/T 7288-1987 "Recommended Test Conditions for Equipment Reliability Tests". When the "recommended test conditions" are not applicable, this section gives the general procedure of test cycle design, which specifies detailed steps and methods for the test cycle design of specific product reliability tests that need to accurately simulate the actual use conditions. The tests designed in accordance with this section generally cannot replace the usual functional characteristic tests, environmental tests and qualification tests. In some cases, it is necessary to conduct a pre-exposure test before applying the test cycle designed by the method described in this section, and the basis for determining whether to conduct a pre-exposure test is not described in this section.
