《GB/T 5170.19-2018环境试验设备检验方法 第19部分:温度、振动(正弦)综合试验设备》由TC8(全国电工电子产品环境条件与环境试验标准化技术委员会)归口,TC8SC1(全国电工电子产品环境条件与环境试验标准化技术委员会机械环境试验分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
Main points of standard revision and technical evolution
GB/T 5170.19-2018 replaces the 2005 version of the standard. The main technical changes include: adding a new chapter on measurement uncertainty (Chapter 6), improving the requirements for inspection conditions (7.1), and refining the inspection method steps (Chapter 9). The standard maintains coordination with GB/T 2423.35/36, deletes the original verification project chapter, and strengthens the systematic expression of characteristic requirements.
Core characteristic parameter requirements
| Parameter category | Technical requirements | Allowance deviation |
|---|---|---|
| Temperature deviation | Steady state | ±2℃ |
| Temperature fluctuation | Time change | ±1℃ |
| Vibration distortion | Acceleration waveform | ≤25% |
| Lateral vibration ratio | f≤500Hz | ≤50% |
| Sweep rate error | 1oct/min | ±10% |
Key measuring instrument configuration
Vibration measurement system needs to include components such as accelerometer and dynamic signal analyzer. The expanded uncertainty requirements are:
- Acceleration measurement: better than 3%(k=2)
- Displacement measurement: better than 5%(k=2)
- Frequency measurement: better than 0.5%(k=2)
Temperature measurement system should use platinum resistance thermometer or thermocouple thermometer, with expanded uncertainty ≤0.2℃(k=2) and response time <40s.
Key points for implementing the inspection method
Temperature inspection
Workspace layout rules:
- 9 points are arranged when the volume is ≤2m³ (AN)
- 15 points are arranged when the volume is >2m³ (AU)
- The distance between the measuring point and the inner wall is 1/10 of the side length (50-500mm range)
Vibration inspection
≥10 frequency points must be selected within the rated frequency range according to the octave, including:
- Lateral vibration ratio measurement (Formula 9)
- Table surface uniformity inspection (Formula 10)
- Sweep rate error calculation (Formula 5)
Measurement uncertainty evaluation
According to JJF1059.1-2012, Appendix A of the standard gives the following in detail:
- Uncertainty component table for acceleration measurement (13 main sources)
- Uncertainty component table for temperature measurement (5 main sources)
- Combined uncertainty calculation formula (Formula A.5-A.7)
The typical expanded uncertainty is k=2, corresponding to a coverage probability of approximately 95%.
Implementation suggestions
Inspection cycle management
Equipment in normal use should be inspected at least once a year, and inspection is required immediately in the following situations:
- After repair/replacement of important components
- After equipment installation and commissioning
- When unsealed and reused
Comprehensive working condition verification
When running the temperature and vibration comprehensive test according to the timing profile diagram in Figure 2, please note:
- The control accelerometer must be calibrated with temperature response
- The calibration accelerometer should be installed nearby
- The temperature deviation and vibration amplitude need to be monitored simultaneously
