《GB/T 5170.8-1996电工电子产品环境试验设备基本参数检定方法盐雾试验设备》由TC8（全国电工电子产品环境条件与环境试验标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了盐雾试验设备的检定项目、检定用仪器、测量点的位置与数量、检定步骤和检定数据的处理与检定结果。本标准适用于对GB/T 2423.17《电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验Ka:盐雾试验方法》和GB 2423.18《电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验Kb:交变盐雾试验方法(氯化钠溶液)》所用盐雾试验设备的周期检定。本标准也适用于类似设备的周期检定。

Scope

This standard specifies the verification items, verification instruments, location and quantity of measuring points, verification steps, verification data processing and verification results of salt spray test equipment. This standard applies to GB/T 2423.17 "Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products Test Ka: Salt Spray Test Method" and GB 2423.18 "Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products Test Kb: Alternating Salt Spray Test Method (chlorination) Sodium solution)" Periodic verification of salt spray test equipment used. This standard also applies to periodic verification of similar equipment. See GB/T 5170.3 for the periodic verification of the damp heat test equipment used in the alternating salt spray test.
