《GB/T 5250-2014可渗透性烧结金属材料 流体渗透性的测定》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC4(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会粉末冶金分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了可渗透性烧结金属材料(其孔隙是连续贯通或者互相连接的)流体渗透性的测定方法。试验是在流体渗透性可用粘性和惯性渗透系数来表示的情况下进行的(参见附录 A)。
本标准不适用于细长的管状试样,因为流体通过管状试样内孔方向的压降与流体通过管状试样壁厚方向的压降相比不可忽略(参见附录 A.5)。


Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of fluid permeability of permeable sintered metal materials (the pores of which are continuous or interconnected). The tests are carried out in cases where fluid permeability can be expressed by viscous and inertial permeability coefficients (see Appendix A). This standard does not apply to slender tubular samples, because the pressure drop of the fluid through the direction of the inner hole of the tubular sample is not negligible compared with the pressure drop of the fluid through the wall thickness of the tubular sample (see Appendix A.5).
