本标准规定了摩托车和轻便摩托车用汽油发动机在台架上进行性能试验、可靠性试验和耐久性试验的方法。本标准适用于摩托车和轻便摩托车用往复活塞式汽油发动机（以下简称发动机）的台架试验。

Scope

This standard specifies the methods for performance test, reliability test and durability test of gasoline engines for motorcycles and mopeds on benches. This standard applies to the bench test of reciprocating piston gasoline engines (hereinafter referred to as engines) for motorcycles and mopeds.
