《GB/T 5482-1993金属材料动态撕裂试验方法》由TC12（全国海洋船标准化技术委员会）归口，TC12SC4（全国海洋船标准化技术委员会船用材料应用工艺分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了金属材料动态撕裂试验试样及其制备、试验机、测试方法和试验结果的处理。本标准适用于测定洛氏硬度值小于HRC36的金属材料或焊接接头试样的动态撕裂能和纤维断面率。

Scope

This standard specifies the dynamic tear test specimens for metallic materials and their preparation, testing machine, testing methods and handling of test results. This standard is applicable to the determination of the dynamic tear energy and fiber section ratio of metal materials or welded joint samples with a Rockwell hardness value less than HRC36.
