《GB/T 5522-2008粮油检验 粮食、油料的过氧化氢酶活动度的测定》由TC270(全国粮油标准化技术委员会)归口,TC270SC1(全国粮油标准化技术委员会原粮及制品分会)执行,主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准代替GB/T 5522-1985 《粮食、油料检验 过氧化氢酶活动度测定法》。
本标准规定了粮食、油料中过氧化氢酶活动度测定的术语和定义、原理、试剂和材料、仪器与用具、试样制备、操作步骤、结果计算及重复性。
本标准适用于粮食、油料中过氧化氢酶活动度的测定。
本标准与GB/T 5522-1985 相比主要变化如下:
―――增加了术语和定义;
―――修改了高锰酸钾标准溶液的浓度和过氧化氢溶液的浓度;
―――统一了反应温度和时间;
―――增加了检测结果的重复性要求。


Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, reagents and materials, instruments and utensils, sample preparation, operation steps, result calculation and repeatability for the determination of catalase activity in grains and oilseeds.
