本标准规定了船用碟式分离机的分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存等。本标准适用于清除矿物油（燃料油和润滑油）中水分和机械杂质的分离机的设计制造和验收。本标准也适用于陆上用来清除矿物油中水分和机械杂质的分离机。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of marine disc separators (hereinafter referred to as "separators"). This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of separators for removing moisture and mechanical impurities from mineral oil (fuel oil and lubricating oil). This standard also applies to separators used on land to remove water and mechanical impurities from mineral oils.
