Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection methods, signs and packaging of lever gear comparators. This standard applies to lever gear comparators (hereinafter referred to as "comparators") with division values of 0.0005mm, 0.001mm, 0.002mm, 0.005mm and 0.01mm.
