Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, signs and packaging of gear helical wire templates. This standard applies to grade 1 and grade 2 gear helix samples whose base circle radius rb is not greater than 200mm and whose working surface is an involute helical surface.
