Introduction

Standard Evolution and Scope of Application

GB/T6931.2-2020 replaces the 2008 version of the standard. The main technical changes include:

  • Symbol system optimization: unified V-belt section width, top width and other 12 parameter symbols
  • Added 5 new term definitions such as elastic belt, free length
  • Deleted basic terms already covered by GB/T6931.1
