《GB/T 7380-1995表面活性剂和洗涤剂 含水量的测定 卡尔·费休法》由606（中国石油和化学工业联合会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了用卡尔・费休试剂测定表面活性剂和洗涤剂中含水量的方法。本标准适用于粉状、浆状及溶液的产品。对于含水量低于1%（m/m）的试样，本法是采用的唯一方法。若试样含有碱金属硅酸盐、碳酸盐、氢氧化物和硼酸盐，碱性化合物与卡尔・费休试剂反应，得到偏高的测定值。在测定前应先分析试样中的碱金属盐。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of water content in surfactants and detergents using Karl Fischer reagent. This standard applies to powder, paste and solution products. For samples with a water content below 1% (m/m), this method is the only method used. If the sample contains alkali metal silicates, carbonates, hydroxides and borates, the basic compounds react with the Karl Fischer reagent to obtain high measured values. The alkali metal salts in the sample should be analyzed before the determination.
