《GB/T 11275-2007表面活性剂 含水量的测定》由TC63(全国化学标准化技术委员会)归口,TC63SC8(全国化学标准化技术委员会(特种)界面活性剂分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了表面活性剂含水量测定方法。含水量(质量分数)大于5%的粉状、浆状和液状的产品可采用二甲苯共沸蒸馏法。但共沸蒸馏法不适用含水溶性挥发物的产品,例如含有乙醇的产品。含水量(质量分数)小于1%的粉状、浆状和液状的产品卡尔・费休法是唯一可采用的方法。但试样含有碱性化合物如硅酸盐、碳酸盐、氢氧化物和硼酸盐,将会影响测定值,因而测定前应分析试样中的碱性化合物。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of the water content of surfactants. The powdery, slurry and liquid products with water content (mass fraction) greater than 5% can adopt xylene azeotropic distillation. However, the azeotropic distillation method is not suitable for products containing water-soluble volatiles, such as products containing ethanol. The Karl Fischer method is the only available method for powdery, slurry and liquid products with water content (mass fraction) less than 1%. However, the sample contains basic compounds such as silicates, carbonates, hydroxides, and borates, which will affect the measured value, so the basic compounds in the sample should be analyzed before the measurement.
