《GB/T 7746-2023工业无水氟化氢》由TC63(全国化学标准化技术委员会)归口,TC63SC1(全国化学标准化技术委员会无机化工分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
Introduction
1. Standard Overview
GB/T 7746-2023 "Industrial Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride" is the latest revised recommended national standard in my country, which mainly regulates the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and safety precautions for industrial anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. This standard replaces GB/T 7746-2011 and is applicable to the raw materials for the preparation of fluorine-containing products such as electronic grade hydrofluoric acid and fluorinating agents.
2. Main changes in the standard
Compared with the 2011 edition, the main revisions to this standard include:
- Deleted product classification (original Chapter 4)
- Modified appearance requirements and some index limits
- Updated the calculation method of hydrogen fluoride content
- Optimized the determination steps of impurities such as moisture and fluorosilicic acid
3. Comparison of technical indicators of industrial anhydrous hydrogen fluoride
| Item | Superior product | First-class product | Qualified product |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hydrogen fluoride content (w/%) | 99.990 | ||
| Water content (w/%) | 0.003 | 0.005 | 0.008 |
| Fluorosilicic acid (w/%) | 0.003 | 0.005 | 0.010 |
4. Recommendations for the implementation of the standard
Case Analysis: A fluorine chemical enterprise adopted this standard for product quality control and significantly improved the product qualification rate by optimizing the production process and testing process. It is recommended that enterprises strictly follow the standard requirements in procurement, production and inspection, especially the determination of moisture and impurity content.
5. Safety Precautions
According to GB12268-2012, industrial anhydrous hydrogen fluoride belongs to Class 8 corrosive substances and Item 6.1 toxic substances. Protective equipment should be worn during operation to avoid direct contact, and emergency treatment measures should be equipped.
