《GB/T 8128-2022单相串励电动机试验方法》由TC26(全国旋转电机标准化技术委员会)归口,TC26SC1(全国旋转电机标准化技术委员会小功率电机分会)执行,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
Introduction
In-depth interpretation of GBT8128-2022 single-phase series-excited motor test methods
Analysis of standard formulation background and technological evolution
The revision of this standard is based on GB/T8128-2008. The main updates include:
- Deleted the "Test Items" and "Test Equipment" chapters
- Added the "Basic Requirements for Tests" and "Test Preparation" sections
- Changed the temperature rise test method (6.5 in GB/T5171.21-2016)
- Using the direct method (A method) for efficiency test
- Added a number of other test items, such as dimensional inspection, maximum torque determination, etc.
| Standard Dimensions | Requirements of the 2008 version | 2022 version update |
|---|---|---|
| Basic requirements for testing | No specific requirements | Added clear basic requirements and preparation steps |
| Temperature rise test method | GB/T5171.21-2016 standard is not adopted | Strictly follow the provisions of Section 6.5 of GB/T5171.21-2016 |
| Efficiency test method | Indirect method is the main method | Direct method (Method A) is a mandatory requirement |
| Other test items | Fewer specific provisions | 17 additional test items have been added, covering multiple dimensions such as mechanical, electrical and environmental |
Explanation of professional terms and practical application cases
Armature winding resistance measurement: In the temperature rise test, it is necessary to measure directly on the commutator. To avoid interference, it is recommended to lift the brushes or add insulating spacers. For example, when running under rated load, measure the temperature change of the armature winding.
Spark level judgment criteria: The table in Appendix A specifies in detail the performance characteristics of different spark levels and their impact on the commutator and brushes. For example, when a level 1 spark occurs, there is only a small amount of intermittent sparks on the edge of the brush, and there is no obvious black mark on the commutator surface.
Implementation Recommendations
For the implementation of the new version of the standard, it is recommended that relevant companies:
- Update test equipment and test processes to ensure compliance with the new standard requirements
- Strengthen technical personnel training, especially the study of new test items
- Establish a complete test record system to facilitate subsequent quality traceability
- Regularly calibrate measuring instruments to ensure data accuracy
