Scope
This standard specifies the method and device for determining the position of the driver's seat calibration point (SIP), which is designed for the driver of the earth-moving machinery defined in GB/T 8498. This standard provides a uniform method for the calibration of the SIP relative to the fixed points of the seat installation. The SIP can be determined by the installation position of the seat on the machine or by the seat. SIP is a characteristic of the seat, which can be specified by the seat manufacturer.
