本标准规定了三沟千分尺、五沟千分尺和七沟千分尺的术语和定义、型式与基本参数、要求、检验方法、标志与包装等。 本标准适用于分度值为0．01mm、0．001mm、0．002mm、0．005mm，测量上限lmax不应大于100mm的奇数沟千分尺。
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, signs and packaging of three-groove micrometers, five-groove micrometers and seven-groove micrometers (hereinafter referred to as "odd-number micrometers"). This standard applies to odd-numbered groove micrometers with division values of 0.01mm, 0.001mm, 0.002mm, and 0.005mm, and whose measurement upper limit ιmax should not be greater than 100mm.
