Scope

This standard specifies the specimens, test equipment, test conditions, test procedures, test results and test reports for bending fatigue testing of carbon fiber composite laminates. This standard is applicable to the determination of the median fatigue life, median SN curve and conditional fatigue limit of bending fatigue of unidirectional (0°) and multi-directional symmetrically laminated carbon fiber composite laminates.
