本标准适用于中药、生物药品制品、化学药品制剂制造业排污单位在生产运行阶段对其排放的水、气污染物,噪声以及对其周边环境质量影响开展自行监测。
本标准也适用于藏药、蒙药等民族传统医药制造业排污单位以及与中药、生物药品制品、化学药品
制剂类药物相似的兽药生产企业等排污单位。
利用传统微生物发酵技术制备抗生素、维生素、氨基酸类等药物的医药制造业排污单位的自行监测按照 HJ 882 执行。中药制造业排污单位提取某种特定药物成分生产设施,其污染排放的自行监测按照HJ 881 执行。
中药、生物药品制品、化学药品制剂制造业排污单位中,自备火力发电机组(厂)、配套动力锅炉的自行监测要求按照 HJ 820 执行。
